Power/Weapons: Flight, phasing, darkness manipulation, death sense. He carries two tonfas and a length of rope on his belt for offensive needs.
Cost of using said power: He can only phase for limited amounts of time before he must become solid again.
Weakness: All of his other powers (flight, darkness manipulation, death sense,) can only be used while he is phasing. Though he can manipulate darkness, he cannot make anything lighter, i.e. he can walk into a bright room and make things dark, but he could not walk into a dark room and illuminate it. Also, just because he can make things dark doesn’t mean he can see in the dark; he’s just as night-blind as you or me.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral, “Judge”
Attitude: Quiet, strong dedication to his personal code (which is to prevent people from being harmed at all costs; this includes harming villains.)
Appearance: Asian, short in stature but physically fit, short-cut hair. His outfit is a domino mask and pin-stripe suit.
Bio: He is a senior at Cronridge University, and plans to be a law student. His powers developed only recently, and he is still getting a grasp of them. As none of his powers are offensive, he carries said tonfas and rope in case he needs to defend himself. He is also trained in defensive martial arts. Due to his powers, he is more of an informant to the police and other heroes, rather than a vigilante.
Other: After waking up one night to find that he had phased through the ground, he now is struck by occasional panic-attacks when in complete darkness. Because of this, he rarely uses is darkness-manipulation power.

Attitude: Out for herself – usually money. She sometimes works with other villains, as is the case with her now.
Appearance: Average height, curly, black hair. In costume: leather skin-tight suit and a black cape. Wears a cloth mask that covers the lower half of her face.
Bio: Her father was a supervilian, and was arrested when she was seven. Like father like daughter; she went into the family business.
Other: Her cape: She can cause slight movement manipulation (she can make it “grab” things) and she can harden it somewhat (in combination, she can essentially use the cape to punch people. However, she cannot make it so hard that it is bullet-proof.) She can also teleport the cape and anything that is wrapped inside it – mainly, herself – to places it has been before.

Weakness: Hates all men, if someone injects poison in to her she will die, she is afraid for her sister who lives a normal life and she is really afraid to ruin it with her life and of course all that could kill a normal human would kill her too
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral she will do what is best for her sister and a the girls she has taken under her protection what ever it takes
Attitude: VEEEEEERY protective of her sister and the girls she has taken under her protection

Bio: Sherines mother died when she was 10. She became sullen and drawn in to herself though she took care of her younger sister as best as she could. They’re father too to drink and became increasingly violent. After her father raped her at the age of 14 she discovered her power. The ability to poison people with only a touch. She killed her father the same day. After that she fled home and disspeard off the grid though she secretly sister get to the best foster family possible for her. She reemerged six years later and founded The Black Widows a gang of sorts that took in women beaten hurt or raped by any man. She protects them all and gets money to help them sometimes lawfully but mostly with low grade crime but she never steals from other women.

Attitude: Pretty easy going. Doesn’t like to take sides. So he doesn’t. Just watches out for his own ass and his family’s asses.
Appearance: Long straight black hair that he holds back in a pony tail. Wears dark blue jeans, and a warn out trench coat.
Bio: Lives in Westmill with his fiance and eight month old son. He works as a teaching assistant in the nearby elementary school. And is taking college courses online after work.

Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: He loss body heat and he gets tired
Weakness: Loosing his family and the one he cares about, becoming addicted to anything so he refuse medicine as much as possible.
Alignment: Chaotic Good, He doesn’t flow the rules, way should he? no one he knows dose( or at lest from where he’s from). But he will tray to do whats best for his family.
Attitude: He is fiery and is always ready to protect his family. To his family he is the proctor he is all thats good a more of a father to most of his siblings then there rely father. To others he just that punk kid always ready for a fight and born in to a bad family.
Appearance: Dark tan skin with spiked gold colored hair (naturally black). he has big green eyes. He tall and lean with a big bright smile.
Bio: 3rd oldest of seven children. Elizabeth (Elisa) is the oldest she was born in Mexico and stile has the ascent and she 25 and a prostitute, but Boston doesn’t think Liz is a bad person because of that. Liz lives for her boyfriend and soccer. Jackson (Juanito) 19 has a lip ring and is a drunk, but unlike his father is a nice drunk. Boston loves his older brother but doesn’t like that he drinks. Alexandra (Alejandra) is 15 and loves to laugh and is always taking in stray animals so now there apparent is a bit like a zoo. Mason is adopted and is rely Boston’s cousin, he 14 and barley knows english but hangs out with Alexandra a lot so knows some about fashion. Austin (Augusto) is 12 and has a different father from the rest of them, he trays too hard to fit in with every one else. Charlotte (Carlota) is 8 and the baby of the family. Boston mother works as a housekeeper, the family doesn’t get much money and they all have to work for it. Boston dad was a drunk and got hit by a car when the moved to the city. Austin dad was around for a while but one day he just vanished. Charlotte dad Tony is still around and works in a bar.
Other: He tends to dislike ’rich kids’ because they tend to dislike him. The names in () there spinach name and the other is the english name they use. He never goose by Antonio any less he at home. He got to chose his American name thats way he doesn’t use the name Tony.

Weakness: Powerless without a weapon as a medium for energy transfer.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Attitude: Lives by his own code of not hurting anyone unless it is necessary. Rather grim disposition and focused on the now. Very analytical and constantly will get distracted from others by analyzing a situation.
Appearance: Black jeans with a bullet belt and a army green hoodie with a red undershirt. Has a hankerchief with teeth sewn on to it in the shape of a jaw over his mouth. Long black hair swept over one side of his face.
Bio: Former undercover officer that was captured and left for dead by his fellow policemen. Hates the law system and believes in a vigilante system.

Appearance: She has curly brown hair and tan skin, with light freckles across her nose. She has big brown eyes and glasses, and looks generally nerdy.
Bio: She’s a very serious student, in school to be a teacher. She’s always loved helping people and learning new things.

Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: Using her power too often gets her exhausted, and it takes her hours, sometimes days, of resting before she can do it again if she goes overboard.
Weakness: She’s very proud, and doesn’t know when to back down or when to take help.
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Attitude: Proud and arrogant.
Appearance: Curly, light blond hair that goes to her shoulders. Big green eyes and tanned skin. Very pretty. Though she can make herself appear different to other people.
Bio: She was raised by a very rich family in Chapin, living in a very sheltered lifestyle. When her parents realized she was using her power to trick them so she could steal their money and do whatever she wanted, they kicked her out, and she’s been roaming around Trinity ever since, causing any chaos she can.

Power/Weapons/Mutation/Etc.: Has the ability to turn herself into a snake, take on snake-like characteristics (ex: Poisonous teeth, tough scaly skin, etc.), and talk to snakes. She carries a blow gun with poisonous darts, and a small switchblade knife.
Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: She more naturally talks with snakes than humans, so she can sometimes have a hard time understanding peoples’ words. She also has a lot of trouble turning into a full snake, and while she is doing it she requires extreme concentration and cannot be interrupted in any way in order for it to work.
Weakness: Deathly fear of big birds, easily chickens out in extreme battles and tries to slither into a corner to hide.
Alignment: Neutral Good, ”Undecided”
Attitude: Often has no clue what is going on, but in general she tries to be kindly. Is frightened by sudden movements. Most of all, she is very innocent, with almost no clue about the ways of the world.
Appearance: Short white hair tinged with green and green eyes, is small for her age with an agile build and pale skin. Patches of her skin look like scales, and these have a greenish color to them. The most noticeable is above her right eyebrow. She wears a white shirt with black stripes and a dark green hoodie, jeans and no shoes as the skin on her feet is completely tough scales.
Bio: Sli and her older sister Trin developed animal-oriented powers at a strangely early age, while their brother Joey developed no powers at all. However, this gave Sli and Trin little control over their abilities, and Sli, who was 10 at the time, witnessed Trin kill their parents in a blind animal rage. Trin, horrified by her actions, then committed suicide. Sli now lives with Joey, who is 20, in their house in Westmill, where they try to live a somewhat normal life. However, Sli often slinks off to place to explore, which is her favorite pastime.

Sector of Fennton: formerly Chapin, now Main street, but he spends an unusual amount of time in Trinity
Power/Weapons/Mutation/Etc.: Poison flame- Instead of burning, the flame acts as intense acid that either melts or irritates/poisons depending on what Israel chooses it to do. It’s green and black.
Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: If over-used, the affects of the flame begin to work on Israel. Like, if he uses it too long, then it will burn/poison him and he’ll die.
Weakness: Izzy is easily persuaded and, if he sees that it will help him gain, he will switch targets/sides/motives. He also has hubris
Alignment: Chaotic neutral. He has no ties to anyone else, so he seeks only to gain for himself.
Attitude: Free, devil-may-care, do-what-I-want, badass attitude. He tries to ‘connect’ with people, so he comes off as cold.
Appearance: Bright green eyes and messy blond hair that sticks up around his head. Tall and muscular. Always wears jeans.
Bio: Grew up in a rich family in Chapin with his highly religious parents and older brother. Izzy had a tendency to get into trouble, so he was looked down upon by his family. After robbing a convenience store to pay for his best friend’s anemia medication, he ran away from home after being beaten severely by his older brother.

Attitude: Happy-go-lucky and care-free. Very smart.
Appearance: Reddish brown hair that sticks up and dark blue eyes. A light dusting of freckles over his nose.Very thin, but muscular.
Bio: He doesn’t talk about it.
Other: Evan talks very slow, in sort of a California speech way, unless he’s ranting about something. Then he talks too fast.

Power/Weapons/Mutation/Etc.: Can read objects. They tell him things, items he’s close to he can have whole conversations with. Most of the others just scream things at him constantly. Intangibility.
Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: If he uses it to much he goes numb, much more than that, temporary paralysis.
Weakness: He always hear’s all the object’s voices, weather he wants to or not. Unless he is intangible at the time.Intangibility works both ways…
Alignment: Chaotic good.
Attitude: Pretty easy going. Has a pretty large rebellious streak, he’s always about s corrupt politician and two shots of tequila away from becoming an anarchist.
Appearance: Long hair, died dark purple. Faded blue jeans, worn out high tops, and a shabby aviator jacket. Depending on what he’s doing, he has a sword strapped to his back, and a revolver holstered at his side.

Name: Samson Attwater (Phantom)
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Sector of Fennton: Family lives in Chapin, but he usually sneaks off to the different sectors of Trinity
Power/Weapons/Mutation/Etc.: He has a healing factor that he refers to as the ”Curse of Life” – this causes him to be immune to any disease and some poisons as well as healing himself. He also has muscle memory – the ability to mimic any fighting style he sees after only seeing it once, as well as if someone is using a familiar weapon then he’d know how many shots they’d have and could disassemble or reassemble it if he knew the weapon enough. He also carries a retractable bow staff and ninja stars. He also carries smoke bombs and other assorted projectiles.
Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: ”Curse of Life” – he never sleeps. But your body needs sleep, in order to retain everyday information. So he can be forgetful when it comes to information and people, etc. He’s also kind of a jerk – like someone deprived of sleep.
Muscle Memory – His muscles can go into spasms from lack of rest, or cramp and do quite a bit of damage – though none of it is permanent.
His bow staff is not indestructible. He carries 10 ninja stars, 6 smoke bombs, etc, there is a limit to his gadgets.
Weakness: He has haunting nightmarish visions that can cripple him, Decapitation, Nerve gasses and if you stab him in the back of his head or a vital organ then his body will shut off (though if you take it back out then he ’comes back to life’)
Alignment: Chaotic Good, ”Rebel”
Attitude: Doesn’t listen to authority very much. He doesn’t like being told what to do. But he’s kind to most people and acts on what he thinks is right.
Appearance: Has shaggy dark hair and blue eyes, is average height and lean. He wears Blue jeans and tshirts with a hoodie and aviators. He loves finger-less gloves.

Bio: When he was 15, he discovered his power of Muscle Memory after coming out of a Martial Arts movie. He was on his way home with his date, when they got mugged. Without thinking he jumped in the way and told his date to run – then proceeded to jump kick the mugger in the forehead. After saving his unreasonable alloance – since his father was the owner of a prestigious company that sold to the government – he made himself a bullet proof but manouverable body suit. He custom made a mask and snuck out, looking around the district. When he turned 18 he’d met his rival – Steal (see character sheet). In an attempt to stop Steal from becoming Immortal, Samson broke into his facility and beat him down. He failed though, to fight back the dark priest conducting the ritual. And Samson just so happened to be standing where Steal should have been. Thus, Samson gained the Curse of Life. Steal got away and dropped off the grid.
Other: As Samson, the police respect his spirit and think he could do some good if he tried. As The Phantom, the police grow tired of his constant acts without telling them what he’s going to do and his blatant disregard for holding there set of laws in some places – but they appreciate it.

Name: Steal (real name: Nickolas Matthers)
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Sector of Fennton: Trinity – Shady
Power/Weapons/Mutation/Etc.: Is a super Genious, has the power of Metal Manipulation – both magnetism and actually forcing it to shift and change. Excellent hand to hand combatant.
Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: He needs metal in order to manipulate it – if you stuck him in a room that was made of plastic then he’d be powerless.) If he manipulates to much metal then it can cause a strain on his mind and body.
Weakness:Extremely Paranoid, he is physically a normal person.
Alignment: Lawful Evil, ”Dominator”
Attitude: Is methodical in everything he does, doesn’t treat anyone under his command with disrespect and doesn’t ”kill the messenger”.
Appearance: Long brown hair and green eyes, attractive. Wears a rust colored straight jacket in a way that makes it look like a normal jacket. Nicer undershirt with nice pants and shoes. Sometimes wears a fedora.
Bio: Nickolas discovered his power a young age, but was raised by a drunk. His mother was abused by his father, who didn’t work. In order to support his family, at the age of 16 he joined a gang and started raking in money illegally. As much as he wanted to, and was encouraged to, he did not kill his father. He thought it set him higher then those around him. He only killed people that he believed deserved it – such as people in his organization that would think to kill him, people who tried to take his money, etc. He always had a reason. But he’d never kill someone just to kill someone. He was well into his career when he met Phantom. He thought nothing of the boy until one day – After years of planning, he was not ready to be interupted. The ritual was almost over, and Nickolas was beaten out of place. Phantom stole his power. He dropped off the grid, hunting down the ”priest” who’d done this, and killed him.
Other: After his bout with Phantom, he’d grown paranoid of other people barging in on his plans or being watched. He doesn’t give out his identity to anyone and almost never moves around in daylight.

Name:Lily Bug (Kat)
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Sector of Fennton: Chapin
Power/Weapons/Mutation/Etc.: Is strong, but not freakishly strong. She sneaks around like a champ and knows Karatee. Has a gun, knife and one of those things that pulls people up walls.
Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: Well, after awile she gets tierd. can run out of knifes and bullets.
Weakness: Is afriad of spiders. Is also afraid of hights.
Alignment: Good guy (judge)
Attitude: She’s quite in real life but once you talk to her she’ll opean up a bit. in real life but once she puts a mask on she’s a different person. She can kick anyone’s ass if you give her a good reason.
Appearance: red hair and brown eyes. She dress’s well and normaly has on a suit/ dress. When she’s fighting crime she’s in a black mask. She wears a long sleave shirt and skiny pants with boots.
Bio: Just moved into an apartment and is a office worker. She was orrigina;ly in training to work with the FBI but before the super secret training began she got fierd. She’s trying to show them that she can do good things in this world. She also got alot of money from her parents after they died in a fire, she wanted to forget that and moved here.
Other: None.

Nathan’s sheet!
Name: Dom
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Sector of Fennton: Chapain
Power/Weapons/Mutation/Etc.: Mainly uses tech that he himself built, commonly a grappling hook system, lasers, and energy swords. Also wears a bathrobe that he can pull anything from.
Cost of using said power/weapon/ability: Lasers have a 100 shot limit before energy core runs out. The energy core acts like a clip and can easily been replaced. Doesn’t tire easily.
Weakness: Since he has no real powers, his weaknesses are generally the same as most human beings, i.e. can be shot, stabbed, cut, drown, be crushed etc.
Alignment: Neutral, but generally sides with good.
Attitude: Insane. Just insane.
Appearance: 5’7’’ Black hair, skinny, wears T-shirts, jeans, and every day wears a red plaid bathrobe.
Bio:Recently freed mental patient who inherited a house and a large sum of money from his dead parents. Happens to have a sense of justice.

We’ll start as soon as everyone puts in their sheets. : ) I have like three people making revisions.

I’ve never actually seen Heroes…. But they’ll probably form a justice league of sorts, yeah.

Ah. No, we’ll be working together. But everyone can do their own thing with the villains, and everyone doesn’t have to be together all the time.

Well…. With the neutrals… You have to basically be on the good guy side unless you have another good character. But you don’t have to be a full member of the team.

Gosh, I didn’t realize that all the other characters were so… old. Sli’s just a little kid compared to the others.

Well, what I’m doing with her is that she’s still kinda training. So oh well. I’m young myself, so she feels old to me.

OOC: Aviators with antlers?

Daphne was studying quietly in the shade of a tree in Main Park, completely oblivious to her surrounding, her attention focused on the open book laying open in her lap. A gentle breeze picked up the tips of her blonde hair, moving the strands of hair out of place. She glanced at it, her blue eyes shimmering in distaste, and she ran her fingers through her hair to correct it before bringing her attention back to the book.

Samson walked threw main park, observing everyone around him. He only recognized a few of them, one as a student, but he didn’t really know them. His parents were working probably, so it didn’t matter whether or not he was home. A few of the girls from his neighborhood waved to him and he smiled and waved back, but didn’t start a conversation. He had somewhere to be. There hadn’t been an attack in four days, which means someone was planning something. Peace was nice, but that didn’t mean it was a good thing. Samson nearly tripped over someone that was laying in the grass and caught his aviators with the tips of his fingers. “Oop! sorry,” he said in a tone that wasn’t really sincere.

Boston lay on a bench in the park bored out of his mind. He was watching Charlotte play even though he much reacher be home watching there old box tv even if must of the channels where just fuzz. He sighed as he fixed his benny trying to hid his unspiked hair, he had run out of hair spray this morning and his hair was all down and messy and he felt like he looked stupid. “THIS IS SOOOOO BORING!” he said loudly.

OOC Do it, something needs to happen

Clyde was trailing a large man outside the park. He tried to blend into the flow of people but his gun hung in his holster from his belt visibly. The man looked about nervously and then eyed Clyde, then the gun. He bolted into the park where Clyde followed. He drew his gun and chased him. He didn’t want to fire in a public space but felt it was necessary once the man drew his. Clyde fired one small bolt of energy at the man’s knees and he fell flat on his face. Clyde whipped out a pair of cuffs and restrained the man.

Sli turned a little bit in her sleep at the noise, and her eyes fluttered, but she remained fast asleep. She was now asleep on her back, making soft noises of fright at her dream, but they were mostly unnoticeable.

Clyde kneeled on the criminal’s back, saying the usual “You have the right to remain silent…..” yada yada yada. He looked over to see most everyone in the park staring at him.

Sli slowly began to wake up. Sleeping had always been a difficult task for her, taking a while to both fall asleep and wake up. Through her hazy gaze she could see people gathering in the field, and tried to force her awakening process to quicken so that she could be on her guard in case these people were dangerous.

Sli finally woke up and began to slowly move into a sitting position. Her pupils narrowed into slits as she took out her switchblade in preparation to defend herself. She didn’t realize that her hood was down and her face fully seeable.

Sli jumped to her feet in fright, her forked tongue flicking in and out of her mouth, then changed back to a normal tongue. She held her knife ready in case the man tried to attack her, her eyes wide and scared.
