| Munk | OOC thread, for your convenience The vampire king has fallen; Richard Rousseau is dead. The supernatural underbelly of the city Orlais is stirring, becoming more prominent than ever before. Vampires are blaming vauds for the fall of their leader, and the werewolves are quick to side with their immortal counterparts, whilst the ghosts try and keep out of the way of all three. The humans, of course, are ignorant of the root of the problem, but it cannot remain so for long. And now, with the introduction of the Supernatural Inquisition Squad in the local police department, it’ll be harder to settle the score than ever. But which species will emerge victorious at the end of this war? And which side are you fighting on, anyway? One thing’s for sure: The King is dead, and Orlais will never be the same. OOC: Also for your convenience, here are links to all characters: Jenny Drakwood & Smoke (Jaan) |

| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Diego and Tristan sat on the roof of an apartment building, waiting for the sun to set. Diego swung his legs off the side and pointed out girls he thought were cute, while Tristan just pretended to listen, yawning. “How bout her? She’s nice looking.” He pointed, and Tristan just nodded. “Oh come on, you aren’t even paying attention.” “Do I ever pay attention to anything you say?” Tristan asked, raising an eyebrow. “No… But at least come up with better answers.” Diego shrugged. “I’m going back downstairs.” He sunk through the roof, heading towards the bar, and Tristan got to his feet, sighing. |

| Jet-Kyo | Severin looked about the old town, he hadn’t been paying much attention where he drifted to. It didn’t really matter. He was dead. His form whisped in the wind and he took in a deep breath.. or.. he would have, if he was alive. He sighed and floated along, above the street lights where he wouldn’t be noticed. He didn’t like scaring the wrong people. He felt another ghost in the area, and had half a mind to go check it out, but decided against it. Most ghosts were just stuck in their last feelings, and it was really irritating to try and have a conversation with someone who “just wanted to get home”, or “Couldn’t stand that stupid man anymore”. He rolled his eyes at his thoughts and kept floating. |

| Sheridyn | Elizabeth stepped out of her town house in the Val D’or, yawning and popping her neck. She adjusted her signature red dress and sauntered towards the Central District, the sharp heels of her boots clicking along the pavement. She didn’t have to pay attention to where she was going, she’d walked these streets so many time already. Elizabeth slipped into a bar, smirking as she thought of the trouble she could stir up. |

| Moose | Michael strode into the Central District with a charming grin, catching the attention of many women who were passing by. The sun had gone down, and Michael was ready to do something fun. Crime, fights, sex, it didn’t matter. Anything suited him, as long as it was lathered with good time, he was up for it. Walking into a bar he scanned out the crowd looking for someone to feed off of before the true fun began. It was dark when Zoe left the Industrial District heading towards Central. She drank a few cups of dark coffee before she went, to keep herself up to find a vampire. She wanted the euphoria, the high. She had been dying for it since she woke up this morning, if she truly fell asleep last night, which was doubtful. The addiction was getting out of control, it got her minimal sleep and her job performance was deteriorating. But how could she stop? The feeling, the sensations were to much to give up.

| Hetbez McBen | Howard burst into an underground room where a bunch of shady looking men were waiting with a briefcase. He sat down next to one guy who was already holding a revolver, as if to set a warning. |

| Kiar | Neon lights were flickering on in the Central District. Not that they were ever turned off, but their light was dulled by the day in a way that made everything seem graytoned. But now, with the set of twilight, the city was starting to buzz to life; Alyesha could feel it. She went to the front door of the Golden Lotus and propped it open, inviting customers inside. The scent of her shop wafted out into the streets – alcohol, smoke, cheap perfume, and darker, unearthly scents – just as the carnal smells of the District came in to greet Alyesha. She breathed it in deeply. Time for business. |

| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Diego floated right down into the seat across her Elizabeth, invisible, resting his elbows on the table and his chin on his palms, his feet still floating up, curving his back towards the ceiling. Tristan came in the door, squinting. He eyed Elizabeth. Prettiest girl in the bar. That’s where Diego was. He strolled over. “You, vampire. Have you soon a ghost, about ye tall with blond curls and a love-struck face that is just so dreadfully annoying that you wonder how anyone can stand to be around them?” Diego glared and smacked Tristan’s head, still invisible. |
| February 1, 2012 at 3:49 am #47070 | |
| Sheridyn | Elizabeth looked up, “A ghost, you say?” She grinned, leaning back and crossed her legs, “No, I can’t say I have, werewolf.” She giggled, raking her eyes over Tristan. He was adorable, definitely worth her time. Elizabeth smirked, but couldn’t help but wrinkle her nose in distaste at the revolting smell of his blood. “You got a name, furball?” She asked flirtatiously. |
| February 1, 2012 at 3:52 am #47074 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | “Tristan. “Tristan replied, bluntly. “And you are?” He asked, glancing around and then slipping into the seat across from her, nudging Diego to the corner. Diego turned visible again, and slid into the corner seat. He grinned at Elizabeth. |
| February 1, 2012 at 4:24 am #47098 | |
| Sheridyn | “Elizabeth Buquet.” She replied, leaning forward and placing her elbows on the table. She wiggled her fingers in a little wave at Diego, “You must be the ghost he was referring to. Hello there.” Elizabeth grinned and eyed them both, “I can’t say that I recognize you two. You new here? Or have I just managed to forget your handsome faces?” She giggled again. |
| February 1, 2012 at 4:29 am #47100 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Diego grinned wide. “I’m Diego. And no, we’re not new. Tristan is just anti-social. But who can blame him? Look at that grimace. No one wants to hang out with mopey people. I’m just nice. And you, my dear, ravishing obviously, have not crossed my path before. How you manage that, I’m not quite sure.” Tristan gave him a look along the lines of -_- “It’s cause he stalks people. Mostly pretty girls, but there’ve been a few-” Diego elbowed Tristan in the face. “It’s not stalking.” |
| February 1, 2012 at 4:49 am #47127 | |
| Sheridyn | “Mopey, is he?” Elizabeth mused, a delighted little smirk on her lips, “Poor little puppy. I’m sure I could find something to cheer you up.” She returned her gaze to Diego, “You certainly seem nice. And if you look in the shadier parts of the city, you’re bound to find me somewhere.” She gave a little wink and looked around the bar, drumming her fingers against her chin. |
| February 1, 2012 at 4:55 am #47133 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | “I tend to stay where it’s light, darling.” Diego replied. Tristan rolled his eyes. “DON’T call me puppy. If you insist on it further, I’ll be forced to drop to that level and call you a leach.” Diego sighed. |
| February 1, 2012 at 5:17 am #47149 | |
| Sheridyn | Elizabeth pouted, “Aw, so harsh. I was only teasing.” She leaned back with a sigh, running her fingers through her hair, “The light and I don’t exactly see eye-to-eye. And besides, the dark is so much more exciting.” She giggled and debated on leaving to find some trouble to get into. “Do you boys feel like taking a walk with me? I’m afraid the bar is terribly dull this evening.” |
| February 1, 2012 at 5:32 am #47157 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Diego looked up, his eyes big. “That sounds marvelous.” Tristan shot him an are you serious look. “Oh, come ON Tristan. You’re so boring. I’ll leave you here, and you know it.” Tristan mumbled. “No you wouldn’t. SOMEONE needs to keep an eye on you.” He sighed and slipped out of the booth, putting on a smile. “Alright, let’s go then.” |

| Munk | The slam of the Volvo’s door nearly drowned in dozens of other noises. The sun had only just set, but already the Central District buzzed with people, many of whom were dressed quite a bit too scantily for an early October evening. The warmth of summer had reached well into the fall, but now the temperatures had dropped, and winter felt too close for comfort. With one hand feeling for the silver cross, which he’d borrowed from his wife’s nigtstand, around his neck, Hank stepped onto the sidewalk. He pulled his coat closer around him and shivered, only in part because of the chilly air. Everyone knew the Central District was home to vamp bars and God knew what else, and although he’d often stepped foot in one of the bars for a beer after work, he’d never been in this particular part of the district. Neon lights flickered with a lazy glow, and he could smell not only beer and liquor, but also sweat and something metallic in the air. Hank double-checked the adress scrawled on a Post-It. The place should be around where he was… Ah! A sign and an open door advertised that the Golden Lotus was open for business. He stepped inside, his face flushing from the higher temperature. No one was to be seen. The place looked like a liquor store—that wasn’t what he was after. He knocked on the doorframe. “Hello? Is anybody here?” |
| February 1, 2012 at 6:59 pm #47324 | |
| Jet-Kyo | Severin floated threw the brightening area, realizing that he was in the central district. He should have known, he’d been there a hundred times in life. He dropped down to the street, becoming visible – he watched as a few people walked out of a bar.. with a ghost. He knew he could tell. |
| February 1, 2012 at 11:08 pm #47450 | |
| Sheridyn | Elizabeth grinned, her fangs showing slightly. She stood to her feet, straightening her dress slightly before sauntering outside. She inhaled, taking in the strong smell of the Centrail District. A mix of alcohol, magic and the delicious smell of human blood. It all nearly made Elizabeth’s mouth water. She turned to her new companions, “Where to, boys?”
|
| February 1, 2012 at 11:30 pm #47469 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | “I thought you knew.” Tristan replied, eyebrow raised. “That’s what I assumed from you inviting us.” |
| February 2, 2012 at 2:15 am #47643 | |
| Kiar | Alyesha came through the back of the shop with a client. “I’ll see you next week, Mr. Matthews,” she said, bidding him out the door. The poor man came weekly to talk to his dead wife. Alyesha almost found it disgusting, really, but he was loaded, and it couldn’t be helped. As Matthews left, Alyesha became aware of a new customer in her shop. A man, middle aged; not a usual customer. She became immediately suspicious – cops had tried to infiltrate her shop before, with little success. But you could never be sure – sometimes it was just a friend of a friend that had recommended her shop. Taking her place behind the counter, she smiled at the stranger. “Good evening, sir. What can I help you with?” |
| February 2, 2012 at 5:07 am #47698 | |
| Sheridyn | Elizabeth gave a little laugh, “I never know where I’m going, fuball.” She looked around, deciding to go left. She looked back over her shoulder as she walked, “Well, come on then.” Humming a bit, sh walked with a skip in her step, a bit ahead of Diego and Tristan. |
| February 2, 2012 at 5:45 am #47706 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Diego shot Tristan a smirk and followed, catching up to walk next to her. “So, Elizabeth. Do you often invite random strangers to take walks with you or are we special?” Tristan sighed and followed, hands in his pocket.s |
| February 2, 2012 at 1:09 pm #47747 | |
| Sheridyn | “I’d say you’re pretty special. I almost never associate with ghosts or werewolves. And never at all at the same time.” Elizabeth replied with a chuckle. She turned a few heads as she walked, but Elizabeth didn’t seem to notice, she actually seemed to enjoy the attention. With a small giggle, she turned to Diego, “And do you often engage strange vampires in conversation? Or am I special?”. |

| Munk | A woman came out from the back room with a man who looked obviously relieved and somewhat teary-eyed. Was this woman also a prostitute? She certainly wasn’t bad-looking, but a quick lay wasn’t exactly what Hank was after. His sex life wasn’t the most active, but overall he couldn’t complain. He’d heard horror stories from his colleagues, and was silently glad that Sarah wasn’t completely frigid. Before answering her question, he looked around for any cameras. Prostitute or witch, both were illegal, and the last thing Hank needed was dirt on his record. He leaned forwards a little bit, cheeks flushing. “This looks like a respectable establishment, and I’m sure it is, but I, uh…” he lowered his voice. “I was told that you might provide… other, uh, services?” |

| Jaan | Smoke felt the familiar sent of fear as he jumped down next to the man he had been chasing for the past five minutes. He had hoped that a police officer would have the balls to resist him… but when it came right down to it most people were quite dissapointment on the hunt. Not Jennie of course she had rammed a silver ring into his mouth when other people normally begged. As he approached the man it was evident that police officer had just shat himself and smell invaded Smokes nostrils. He wrinkled his nose “I always have said the law was worth shit but I didn’t mean it quite so literally.” He smiled showing his teeth in a most disturbing way. The policeman just whimpered and backed against the wall. “Sorry wrong answer.” A hand flashed out and broke through the ribs, fat and muscles to pull out the heart. He smiled and showed it to the man who blink threw up and fell on to the pavement with a crunch his face still set in a mask of pain. Smoke smiled and started to suck the last blood out of the heart he hadn’t been particularly hungry anyway. He looked at his watch sucking blood from the heart. “Dam I am late…” He threw the heart on the ground and started to run. Jenny walked on the stage she scanned the crowd but Smoke wasn’t anywhere to be seen. She felt a pang of sadness, it was like not seeing you parents at your first amateur play even though they promised to be there. She sighed mentally and sat down by the piano. She put her hands on the keys. The door flew open and Smoke entered and sat down close to the stage he smiled his wolfish grin and ordered some gin. Jenny suddenly felt better. Her fingers started move over the keys slowly at first but then it quickened as she began to sing. |

| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Diego smiled flirtatiously, but Tristan just rolled his eyes. “If by special you mean gorgeous, then yes. Very special. But if you mean that you’re special because you caught his attention,t hen I apologize. He does this sort of thing with all the pretty girls.” Diego looked mortified, going invisible a bit. |
| February 2, 2012 at 11:49 pm #47983 | |
| Sheridyn | Elizabeth giggled in delight, “Well I’m flattered you both find me so attractive.” She turned and shot them her sly smirk, winking, “You boys aren’t too bad yourselves.” With another small laugh, she looked towards the cloudy sky, sighing softly. |
| February 2, 2012 at 11:51 pm #47986 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Tristan raised an eyebrow. “Oh, I know.” Diego shook his head and mumbled in what sounded like another language. Tristan rolled his eyes. “Really, Diego…” |
| February 3, 2012 at 1:24 am #48053 | |
| Kiar | Alyesha took a deep breath. She had placed a charm on the entry to her shop, that let off a fowl odor if anyone entered with malicious intent. She smelled nothing wrong, with this man. True, he could still be a cop, but she doubted it. They tried to act suave, but this man seemed nervous – he had never been here before. A normal reaction, she supposed. |

| Jet-Kyo | Severin started to throw things around on the roof, bored. He floated around, tossing things. He grew bored. As the Vampire passed by the building, with the other two, something struck him. Something wasn’t right. Perhaps he could bother some vampires or a werewolf or two. Maybe find some old costumers… He followed the group, invisible for now. Maybe the vampire girl would lead him to someone, or maybe even the werewolf. If not, then he’d have to find someone who did. Chills don’t go up a ghosts spine, they don’t have one, so why in the world was a GHOST so un nerved. |
| February 3, 2012 at 3:28 am #48099 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Diego stopped in his tracks, looking around slowly. “Tristan…..” He stared straight at Severin. “Someone’s following us….” Tristan sniffed the air. “I smell nothing.” “Of course you don’t. He’s dead.” Diego replied, shrugging. |
| February 3, 2012 at 3:32 am #48101 | |
| Jet-Kyo | Severin became visible at his being noticed, as there was no point in hiding after the ghost pointed him out. He let out a slightly sadistic chuckle, “Well, it seems you’re able to detect others better then I thought you would..” He stepped forward, wishing he could feel the ground beneath his feet, coming up next to the group, “And who might all of you be?” he figured if he recognized some names, maybe he’d get somewhere.. |
| February 3, 2012 at 3:53 am #48120 | |
| Sheridyn | Elizabeth spun around, eyeing the new ghost with a sigh. Far too many ghosts for her taste. “Elizabeth Buquet.” She said with a smirk, running her fingers through her hair. She looked the ghost up and down, “And who are you, prey tell?” |
| February 3, 2012 at 4:03 am #48131 | |
| Jet-Kyo | Severin would have twitched if he was alive. Elizabeth? “Elizabeth Buquet,” he laughed, “I recall you buying a pistol from me not a month before I was killed..” he said, turning to her, “Severin Wörner,” he bowed, “a pleasure to see you again – Though I know your not fond of ghosts.” |
| February 3, 2012 at 4:10 am #48138 | |
| Sheridyn | Elizabeth stared for a moment before her eyes lit up, “Oh! Severin, I remember you now!” She laughed, “It’s not that I’m not fond of ghosts…” She began with a smirk, “They just have a bit… Less to offer, being intangible and all.” With a slight shake of her head, she laughed again. “You poor bastard, what happened to you?” |
| February 3, 2012 at 4:16 am #48147 | |
| Captain Mollyanne Sunshine | Diego tapped her on the shoulder, eyebrows raised. “Intangible? Oh really?” Tristan sighed. |
| February 3, 2012 at 4:16 am #48148 | |
| Jet-Kyo | Severin shook his head, “Some vaud figured that I’d been selling to vampires, took him three tries but they finally killed me. I actually got him to kill himself,” he laughed, “Left the weapons shop to my son.. he’s not a big fan though.. Dam Vauds..” he grumbled, “But that doesn’t matter. I’m dead, what can ya do?” he scratched the back of his head, “But what have you been up to? I was wondering what you needed the pistol for, but it was out of the question to ask when I was alive.” |
| February 3, 2012 at 4:22 am #48154 | |
| Sheridyn | “Oh, how fortunate.” Elizabeth said to Diego, laughing, “I stand corrected.” She returned her gaze to Severin, “It’s a bit of a long story, but I got what I wanted out of it.” She let out an almost sadistic laugh. |
| February 3, 2012 at 4:27 am #48163 | |
| Jet-Kyo | A grin crept across his face, “Another happy customer. Oh, I feel I’ve left you two in the dark. Severin Wörner, weapons dealer extraordinaire. Or I was, anyway.” he turned back to Elizabeth, “I have a question that might put you on edge a little bit.. It’s about another customer of mine. A monarch of some importance..” He placed his hands in his pockets. He’d herd rumors, and he’d been on edge. He had to know. |
| February 3, 2012 at 5:17 am #48228 | |
| Sheridyn | “If you’re talking about Rousseau,” Elizabeth began with a sigh, “He’s dead.” Her expression hardened, and her eyes lost their playful look. |
| February 3, 2012 at 1:55 pm #48251 | |
| Jet-Kyo | Any manner of happiness fell from Severin’s face. “Really..” He put his palm on his face and slowly drew it downward, “I don’t suppose the three of you have any idea what happened?” |
| February 3, 2012 at 2:11 pm #48254 | |
| Munk | Hank noticed her gaze and quickly pocketed the note. “He uh, he said it might be better if I didn’t reveal who was… sharing information about this place, if that’s all right.” In truth, Jerry from work had said no such thing. But if this woman didn’t know who had referred Hank to her, chances were it wouldn’t come back and bite him in the ass later on. The last thing he needed was Sarah finding out about this. “My name is Otto Grover. I was told that you might be an, um,” He looked around once more, “A witch?” |
| February 3, 2012 at 2:19 pm #48256 | |
| Jaan | Jenny finished her song. She went inside the tiny room for the singers. The smell of cigar smoke lingered in the air from the chain smoking cabaret singer who had come before her. She sighed contently and began to change. Somebody rapped on the door. “Come in!”Jenny shouted over the din coming from the bar. Smoke entered “You were good…” He frowned “Though you took some notes too high for my ears.” Jenny nodded she put her dress in the small closet in the corner of the room. “So the job…?” Smoke shrugged. “The client requested a meeting later in the night four in the morning or close to that time. Somewhere in the Industrial district.” Jenny sighed “Should we go it could be just Franky out for revenge…” Smoke shrugged “Then we will just kill Franky and move on I don’t see a problem.” Jenny shook her head. “Of course you don’t… Fine lets go.” She took Smokes hand and with the slow pace of people comfortable with each other they proceeded towards the industrial district. |
| February 3, 2012 at 4:29 pm #48283 | |
| Elexea | Rowan sighed and scratched absentmindedly at his stubbly cheek. He’d been working for 10 straight hours, and amassed an impressive pile of mugshots and personal files around his desk. The one clenched in his hand at the moment belonged to a man named Sabine, who had long matted hair down to his waist and an eye missing. He had been arrested last week on suspicion of practicing the forbidden art of voodoo and thrown in jail. **** After a twenty minute car journey, Supernatural Inquisitor Rowan DuPont showed up in the back alley behind one of the hole-in-the-wall bars in the Central District. Red tape had been set up around the area and it was being guarded from view by lesser constables. “‘Scuse me, is Detective Casey on hand?” He asked politely. Before the officer could answer, a woman with masses of curly red hair stepped into view. “Of course I am. Come on, DuPont, we’ve been waiting.” |
| February 3, 2012 at 4:41 pm #48294 | |
| Sheridyn | Elizabeth shOok her head, “I have no idea. But I’ll find out. Whoever killed him wont go unpunished. ” Her eyes darkened and she clenched her fists. Elizabeth was very loyal to the king, and she’d taken his death very hard. |
| February 3, 2012 at 5:39 pm #48321 | |
| Jet-Kyo | Severin sighed, “That is.. unfortunate..” he looked back up, this time to Tristen, “Werewolf, have you heard anything? It’s my understanding that some werewolves seem to fawn after Vampires, so I’m just wondering..” He didn’t mean to offend him, but in truth he didn’t really care if he had or not. He was just looking for answers. |
| February 3, 2012 at 5:51 pm #48332 | |
| Kiar | Alyesha sighed – the guys was new at this, but he wasn’t a snitch. “A vaud, dear, not a witch. Now did you come here to ask me that, or do you actually have something in mind?” At that point, someone else walked into her shop. “Ah, Celeste, how’s business?” The man smiled. “Good as usual, Lesh. I’ll have a bloody-marry.” |
| February 3, 2012 at 6:36 pm #48348 | |
| Munk | Hank had watched in silence as the witch—vaud, apparently—concocted whatever a “Bloody Mary” was. It was completely clear by now that this was no normal liquor store. His armpits were positively damp now. He could almost smell whatever weird magic this woman. “Now,” she said, “where were we?” Hank swallowed and heard an audible click in his throat. “Is there maybe somewhere a little more—private—that we can go? I don’t mean to be rude, but this isn’t exactly legal.” The customer who’d bought the Bloody Mary had been in and out in a matter of minutes, and he hadn’t hidden anything, but Hank didn’t want to take any chances. |
| February 3, 2012 at 10:43 pm #48486 | |
| Hetbez McBen | While walking around in the Industrial District, Howard remembered he still had another contract to complete. He rummaged through his bag, and pulled out a rolled up piece of paper. He leaned against a building and read the contract to himself. |
