Emily Ramsey | As many may know, Your Pants has been (partially) taken over by the herd /)^3^(\. However, I noticed that there was no role-play for My Little Pony, so I decided to get this one started. For those who don’t have an OC yet, it’s pretty simple: Name:

Picture (if possible): Sadly, there are rules, too: 1. If you have noticed that there are no alicorns on the list of criteria, that’s because they aren’t there for a reason. Since alicorns have all the strengths of all statuses, that takes away the fun.
1a. This can also be said if you are a unicorn and you conjure yourself or an earth pony some wings. You can do this; however, this must be temporary and only if you need to meet another OC in Cloudsdale.
2. NO ICKY STUFF. Although the fan base is older than the intended demographic, there’s no need for violence or sex.
3. Spots for the Mane Six are currently open, but once they are gone, you’re stuck with OCs. You can use fanon characters, however, since they have no set personality and can easily be molded.
4. Preferably, there will be no “Mary-Sues”. For those who don’t know what those are, they’re characters that are too much like their creator. They can get pretty annoying.
5. Love and tolerate everyone. That speaks for itself.
6. If you are a unicorn, don’t use your magic to manipulate the story line to your favor. Twilight or Rarity don’t use their magic for evil, and neither should you (unless you’ve established your character as a villain, per say.) Pegasi should also be limited in their flying abilities, which means NO SONIC RAINBOOMS.
7. HAVE FUN!! Hopefully that clears everything up. Hopefully, we can get this thing up and running. DFTBA! EDIT: It seems that we have some players here! However, we need to get the ball rolling pretty soon, so we could probably fit a few more players as the story goes on. Right now, there’s no max amount of characters, but if it gets too crowded we’d have to set the limit there. BTW, everyone’s character sheet will be up in the description. Benjo | Pitchfork met Big Macintosh, on the road to ponyville. The sun had just come up, and they were both pulling carts of goods to mane street. “Hey there Big Mac, bringing apples to town?” “Eeeyup” he said, keeping his eyes on the road a chewing a piece of straw. The two continued on in relative silence, steadily making their way to town in the morning dew. |

Emily Ramsey | “Alright, just get some more over there… wait, now to the right… STOP! STOP! Too much!”
Mango watched as three fillies haphazardly flung paper stars across a dark colored background. As much as she protested, she knew inside that there was no way she could stop them. It might’ve been by the way they barged through the theater doors wearing tattered homemade capes, or the way they shrieked about their cutie marks like it was the only thing that ever mattered.
“Is it perfect?” spoke a filly with a bright red bow. “Ah think it looks swell! Dontcha think?”
Her friends seemed to agree. “I think it’s pretty,” said the bright white unicorn next to her.
“Yeah,” replied a bright orange pegasus, “pretty AWFUL.”
“Oh, come on,” Mango interjected, “it looks…” She looked at the crumpled stars and the mess of paint and glue across the stage. “…great!”
“No way,” the pegasus spoke again. “If it was so good, then WHY don’t we have our cutie marks yet?” Sure enough, the three fillies automatically looked at their flanks; they were as bare as they were when they walked in.
As the three sulked out, Mango could only help but keep from laughing at the mess they had created. “I’m glad I could help,” she yelled out before heading back into the theater. “Now, let’s see if we can get this mess out of the way.” |

Asad | Dinky stood on the porch as her Mother grabbed her bag.
“Do you have to go to work today mommy? I wanted to bake muffins with you.”.
Her mother looked at her with heavy eyes. It wasnt easy leaving her daughter everyday, but she had a job to do. Fighting back tears, Derpy kissed her daughter on her forehead and flew off.
“Hmpf!” Dinky scoffed. “Guess I’ll go visit the other fillies. Maybe I can bake muffins with them!”.
The thought of muffins got her excited. She quickly headed for the market, skipping all the way. |
Grace U. | Stormchaser walked slow in the market looking around. “Hay, hay, hay,” She whispered under her breath. |
Asad | The market was surprisingly busy today, with tons of ponies and stallions filling the shops. Dinky stopped skipping, skulking her head down, not wanting to bring too Mich attention towards her.
With her eyes fixcated on the ground, she couldn’t see Applebloom walking to her.
“Well howdy there Dinky.” Apppebloom said lively. “Watcha up to?”.
“Hi Applebloom! I was wondering if you wanted to bake muffins with me?”.
“Well sorry Dinky. I’m actually gonna meet Applejack in a second. I promised I’ll help her move some apples.”.
“Oh, okay. I’ll see you later, I guess.” Dinky said with a heavy sigh. Not wanting to leave Applebloom feeling bad, Dinky cheered up.
“Maybe I’ll drop by later and help you!”. Dinky smiled.
They parted ways. Dinky made her way deeper into the market with her head down. It wasn’t long until she heard whispering.
“Hay, hay, hay.”.
Dinky looked up, bumping into a strange pony.
“Oh, I’m so sorry. Sorry, sorry, sorry.” She said with a slight hint of fear in her voice. |
Grace U. | Stormchaser looked down at her startled by her fear she backed up a few paces. “No, No it’s okay,” She said trying to reassure Dinky. ” It’t these long lag’s of mine,” She waved one hoof in the air showing the young pony. “Sometime’s I think they have a mind of there own.” Storm giggled nervously a shy smile on her face. |
Benjo | Pitchfork and Big Macintosh made to the market in relative silence. The red horse was never much of a talker. They set up their stalls rifht next to eachother, Pitchfork with hay and Big Macintosh with apples from sweet apple acres. By the time they finnished setting up Applejack came along to take over. “Why howdy Pitchfork, sure is a lovely mornin don.t yah think?” She asked. “sure is, the pegasi have been doin a fine job with the weather latly.” They turned their attention back to the markeplace and waited for ponies to come by. |
Matt | Earthy Brew was also heading to the market that day, needing to restock many of his ingredients. His special apple brew had been very popular this year, and completely exhausted much of his stock. On his way in, he was almost bowled over by three fillies, an earth pony, a unicorn and a pegasus, complete with capes absolutely covered in paint. “Whoa there!”, he said, as they stopped and apologised sheepishly. “You don’t have any idea how we can get our cutie marks, do ya?” asked one of them. “You have to be patient,” counselled the stallion, “I got mine after … “, he cut short as the fillies had bounded off at speed after sighing at his explanation. He shook his head, “ah, to be young again”, and started to make his way on towards Ponyville. |
Sam | ((OOC: Looks like I’m a little late. Sorry, I had training to catch up with.)) Rhythm was on her usual cloud on top of the marketplace of Ponyville, tapping her drumsticks against a purple drum and daydreaming. She looked down at the market below, the earth ponies, unicorns and pegasi buying and selling. She left her things on the cloud and drifted down to the 3 little fillies she saw rushing about.
“Hey there, little fillies!” she said. “What are you up to? You shouldn’t be rushing around like this, you may bump into someone.”
The white unicorn spoke up. “Were the Cutie Mark Crusaders! We’re trying to get our cutie marks!”
“Do you think you can help us?” said the earth pony with a red hair bow.
“Well, you need to wait a while, but someday you’ll find your special talent!”
The pegasus rolled her eyes. “Sorry miss, but we’ve heard that lots of times. We need our cutie marks now!”
“Thanks for your advice!” The unicorn said as the pegasus dragged her companions away. |
Asad | Dinky backed up a few paces to get a good look at Stormchaser.
“Ohhhhhh… you’re tall…” Dinky stared at the pegasus, her mouth still sticking out. She was big, well, bigger than any pony she knew. Then again, compared to her petite size, most ponies did seem like giants.
“Hi, I’m-”. Dinky stopped as she realized she was talking to a stranger. |
Emily Ramsey | After the incident with the fillies, Mango was just glad that the theater was in tact. She was the most surprised at how, while they were working on the backdrop, they could knock down the ceiling lights. “Maybe the pegasus one flew too high,” she thought. Nevertheless, she continued to work on the mess by herself until the stage was returned back to its original state. “Where is everypony,” she spoke out loud as she looked around. Usually there were lots of volunteers at the Ponyville Children’s Theater; with the new production of “Three Little Pigs In Space” coming out in a few weeks, everyone seemed eager to pitch in. However, other than herself the building was completely empty. She decided to go outside to clear her mind and to find some other help. “Who knows,” thought Mango, “I might have to get help from another city.” |
Grace U. | ” What if I give you my name we won’t be strangers, right?”. Stromchaser asked the little pony who she had to lean down to talk to. ” I’m Stormchaser!” |
Sam | Rhythm went back to her cloud and grabbed her drum and drumsticks. She flew around town looking for somewhere to go, or something to do until she came across the Children’s Theatre.
She went inside and her eyes widened at the mess she saw. An orange unicorn was walking around in there as well.
The 3 fillies were no problem for Rhythm, as they were easy to talk to since they were young, but she wasn’t exactly good at speaking to ponies her age or older.
The theatre had too many things to be done for one pony, and she couldn’t just leave the unicorn by herself to work on it all alone.
“Hi…” she said. |
Emily Ramsey | “Hi…”
Mango jumped. Finally, somepony stopped by! “Hey, there,” she yelled, jumping slightly. “Thank Celestia you arrived! I was just busy with this new play and all of a sudden I’m surrounded by fillies and there’s stars and somehow the lights fell and-” Mango paused after realizing she didn’t know who she was talking to. She calmed down and turned around to look at the mare behind her. An off-white pegasus with a drum around her neck and sticks in her mouth was staring incredulously at the mess in the theater and the seemingly crazy unicorn in front of her. “I’m sorry,” Mango spoke, “I should’ve introduced myself. The name’s Mango Tango. What’s yours?” |
Sam | “Rhythm Starfire.” she replied. “I was looking for something to do and I guess I found my place here.” Rhythm smiled and tossed her things in the corner.
“Hold on,” she said as she began cleaning up parts of the mess.”when you say, fillies… do you happen to be talking about an orange pegasus, a white unicorn, and a yellow earth pony about,” she gestured with her hoof, “this high?” |
Emily Ramsey | “Yeah,” Mango replied. “They were calling themselves something along the lines of the ‘Cutie Mark Crew’ or something. I think one of them called her self ‘Scoot-a-long’ or ‘Scootaboom” or… I’m sorry , I’m terrible with names.” She laughed at her attempts to remember the details and went back to sweeping up torn paper scraps. “Anyway, Rhthym, why do you ask?” |
Sam | “No reason.” she whispered, stifling a laugh. “Let’s get started with fixing this place up, shall we?” She hummed a tune as she began clearing things up. She fixed the stage lights, and hummed even more as she worked.
“So, Mango, are you from Ponyville originally?” she asked hesitantly, making small talk so as not to make herself seem too anti-social. |

Emily Ramsey | “Nope,” said Mango. “I’m originally from Canterlot, but the theater there was WAY too serious for me. Did you know that they only allow foals in for the Hearth’s Warming Eve performance? Geez, you’d've thunk that there’d be at least ONE fun production. I’d rather do backdrops for a fairy tale than an award winning play.” She used her magic to grab a mop and clean up a large paint spill. “Where are you from, Rhythm?” |
Sam | “Cloudsdale.” Rhythm answered. “My parents are still there, so I visit from time to time. It’s much more chill here though.”
She landed after fixing a light and walked to the beat of a random song as she looked around for some cleaning supplies.
“I like Cloudsdale, but there isn’t really much for me to do there.” she chuckled. “I do miss it though. Lots more flight space.” Her hoof landed in a paint spill. “Looks like those fillies really did a number on this place…” |
Emily Ramsey | “Yeah,” Mango replied. “I was surprised to see how far paint can splatter and spread on a wooden floor. Hard to believe that we’re almost finished here.” Looking around, she still saw a few bits of broken glass here or there, but other than that the place was back to its original position. As she looked to Rhythm, she noticed that her new friend seemed to be humming to a song and walking to its beat. “Hey, Rhythm,” she said, “what’s that song you’re humming? It’s real catchy.” |
Sam | “I’m not really sure where I heard it to be honest.” Rhythm said, chuckling slightly. She grabbed a broom and began sweeping the floor, making sure the shards of broken glass were gone. Everything seemed to be normal again.
“Hopefully those fillies won’t make such a mess next time they come in here to help out.” She grinned. Rhythm soon after threw out the broken pieces of glass, and went back to get her drum. She put the strap around her neck and laughed a bit. The orange unicorn was now her friend, and the theatre seemed to be back to an okay state.
“Do you want to go grab something from Sugarcube Corner?” she asked. “We’re done cleaning things up, so we could chill around for a while.” |
Emily Ramsey | Finally, after who knows how long, the theater was back to regular condition. “Do you want to go to Sugarcube Corner?” her now-friend Rhythm had asked. “We’re done cleaning things up, so we could chill around for a while.”
“That’s the best thing I’ve heard all day!” Mango replied. “By the way, you have NO idea how grateful I am to you and all your help. I was honestly sure that this place was beyond repair.” Rhythm seemed to blush slightly, and as the two walked out, both of them knew that a new friendship had budded. |
