“Tamriel, is an empire divided into nine provinces, each with its own native race. Those provinces are as follows: Cyrodiil, Morrowind, High Rock, the Summerset Isles, Hammerfell, Black Marsh, Skyrim, Valenwood, and Elsweyr. The native races of the provinces are as follows: Imperials in Cyrodiil, Dunmer (also known as Dark Elves) in Morrowind, Bretons and Orsimer (also known as Orcs) in High Rock, Altmer (also known as High Elves) in the Summerset Isles, Redguards in Hammerfell, Argonians (lizard-like people) in Black Marsh, Nords in Skyrim, Bosmer (also known as Wood Elves) in Valenwood, and Khajiit (cat-like people) in Elsweyr. The emperor resides in the capital province of Cyrodiil. The ruling dynasty throughout the Third Era consisted entirely of the descendants of Tiber Septim.”

Uriel Septim, the emperor of Tamriel, is old, and with no known heir, no one is sure of what will happen to the empire. The times are growing dark, there is talk of open rebellion, and people are turning to Daedra worship for protection.

You find yourself in the central province of Cyrodiil during these times, and you must find your own way.

Rules & Guidelines
1. Anyone can play but a mild understanding of the elder scrolls universe would be beneficial
2. I will be moving the storyline if it slows, and I will throw in some important NPCs.
3. PM your character sheet and I will approve
4. No Godmoding or trying to control the story, RPs are only fun if everyone gets to play.
5. If you want to talk OOC use this format ((OOC: talk like this, hey I’m out of character!))
6. Let’s keep it PG-13ish
7. Do your best with grammar and spelling. I know I sometimes play on my phone which makes that difficult but there is always that edit button, so if you see it change it. But for everyone else don’t go ooc for every single minor thing. Keep the story moving if you know whats going on.
8. If this turns out to work lets have fun!

Character List:

Jaan’s Character
Name: Garen Marad
Gender: Male
Race: Orc
Age: 34
Appearance: A tall orc with short hair that has been braided into corn rows. He is wery thickly muscled. His fangs protrude slightly making him look quite threatening.
Skills: Making armor and weapons fixing them too. Is pretty handy with a hammer in general and can fight barehanded with the best of them.
Profession: Armorer/Smith
Equipment: A smiths apron with dark leather trousers. A huge hammer that allways hangs from his side, can read elven runes though does not like to talk about it…
Weaknesses: Is afraid of magic, is ashamed of his love of elves and they’re culture
Personality: A hardworking, loving orc searching for that right person in his life. Is awkward around elven women.
Bio: Garen was left at an hose in a small village out side of the Impiral City. he never knew his parents but was raised by an Nord family were the father was a smith he raised young Garen as his apprentice and son. Soon Garen was a s good of a smith as he ever would. Packing his bags he traveled around Cyrodiil visiting ancient Aylied ruins and searching for info about his parents. He finally found them at a skooma den in Bravil. They were out of money and when Garen refused to give them any his father attacked him luckily before the fight could escalate guards rushed in to raid the place Garen escaped and traveled back to the Imperial City and set up shop in the market district fixing and making armor and weapon.

Benjo’s Character
Name: Darius Tillianus
Gender: Male
Race: Imperial
Age: 27
Profession: Gentleman, former land owner.
Special skills: Very Charming, not a bad duelist, and scholar.
Weapons: Carries a family heirloom, a glass longsword marked with the family crest on the hilt
Appearance: Handsomely dressed in exquisite clothes. Wears very little armor, limited to the Netch leather boots and an Imperial leather cuirass, both rather worn and not fitting with the rest of Darius’ clothing.
Personality: Winning, and clever, but slips into bouts of gloom of late.
History: Darius was the only son and heir to a successful Marshmarrow plantation in Morrowind, his father was killed by a crime syndicate, the Camorra Tong, and the farm was burned. Darius who was traveling at the time managed to leave, and make it back to Cyrodiil with his life a few possessions, and a good portion of his father’s money. He has been frequenting the taverns of Cyrodiil making this the end of the second year of his pup crawl. He continually vows to remake his family’s fortune, but has done little to actually achieve this. He is on his way to the Imperial City.

Sheridyn’s Character
Name: Ithilethiel ”Ithy” Eruva
Gender: Female
Race (one of the ten main ones, no daedra): High Elf
Age: 24
Profession (if any): Adventurer (Not a very good one, mind you.)
Special skills: A good conversationalist. Healing. An excellent swordsman. Er, woman.
Weapons (nothing that would make you invincible): An elven long sword.
Appearance: She, like most other Altmer, has golden skin and hair, with big blue eyes. She wears leather pants and whatever shirt she happens to find. She doesn’t like armor, as she feels that it slows her down.
Personality: She’s not nearly as proud as most Altmer, though she does have her moments. She’s quite clumsy and, to put it frankly, a coward.
History: Ithy is, to put it gently, the shame of the Summerset Ilse. As a young elf, she messed a lot of things up. She wasn’t as graceful or beautiful as her sisters, she couldn’t shoot a bow and arrow like her brothers, and she didn’t see what was so great about High Elves. Her clumsiness always got her into trouble, and she often broke important things. So, at the awkward age of sixteen, she was sent away so she wouldn’t screw everything up. Once in Cyrodiil, she realized she was actually pretty good at sword fighting. So she went about the land, trying to restore her honor so she didn’t feel like such a screw up. That hasn’t been going too well.

((OOC: Well I suppose, now that there are three of us we could get started. There doesn’t seem to be many RPers familiar with the Elder Scrolls. Well, when we start lets all find our way to an Inn outside the gates of the Imperial City. Its dusk, In this tavern are three Imperial Cavalry Guards, The Barkeep (Breton), Barmaid (Imperial), A Redguard and Argonian are in deep conversation at one table, And a Khajiit sitting alone in front of the fire. That is all you see when you walk in, the mood is rather subdued, except for the guardsmen.))

Garen did not like to drink and eat with the other craftsmen in The Merchants Inn. So every day he made his way out of the city into this small inn its mood was nicer for him. He sat down and ordered some bread, soup and a drak ale on the side.

As was her luck, it had begun to rain as Ithy made her way towards the inn. She swore and ran to the door, but not before getting completely soaked. She stepped into the inn and sat close to the fire, giving an awkward hello to the Khajiit.

Of course it was raining, he was so close to the in too. He just noticed an Altmer, making her way in out of the rain. He followed her in and made his way to the fireplace to dry off.

Ithy looked up at the man who’d walked in, “Hello.” She said softly, giving a small wave. Her arm bumped against the table next to her as she waved, almost knocking it over. She swore and steadied it, sighing.

Garen looked at the two that had entered they defenetly weren’t regulars. The high elf was very pretty he sipped his drink and continued looking at them form the corner of his eye.

Darius smiled, “Hello there, bit of a storm out there huh?” He extended his hand, “My name is Darius. What brings you to the center of the empire?”

Ithy nodded, “Just my luck, too…” She shook his hand lightly, “I’m Ithy. I’m just traveling around. I figured this was a good Place to visit.”

“I am relatively new here myself. Was born and raised in Morrowind, yes I know an Imperial from Morrowind.” Darius smiled “I’ve spent the last few years wondering. I don’t have my father’s head for business, but I was hoping to perhaps start a shop, or invest in one.” Darius always talked a great deal. He noticed the Orc looking over, at them. “My good sir, would you care to join us? Perhaps you could give two strangers some advice on the great city?” He shivered as the heat began to make its way through his soaked clothing to his skin.

My good sir well at least the man was polite most from high society called his tipe my good man making the man sound like the worst insult ever given he came over to sit with them anyway. “Err… yes why not. I am Garen by the way. But the first and the most important bit of advice at the moment is to stay here for the night a night like this is full of thieves.”

“Thank you for the advice.” Ithy smiled at the Orc, “I’m Ithy, by the way.” She ran her hands through her hair, trying to get it dry. Her eyes turned to the fire and she let out a small sigh, grateful for i’s warmth.

“Very well, I shall make arrangements to stay the night,” he looked around the place was pretty dead. “Well I presume they will have a vacancy” Darius laughed as he stood and turned his back to the fire.

The Imperial Horse Guards grew more raucous calling for another round of Cyrodiilic Brandy. The Redguard and Argonian grew quieter and leaned into each other drawn up in their conversation. The Khajiit purred quietly staring into the fire, nursing a mug of sweet wine.

Garen looked around and sniffed the air “Do you smell that?” Magic… high energy magic by the smell of it. It was coming from somewhere near here the hair at back of Garens neck rose.

Ithy eyed the guards warily, hoping they’d leave soon and wouldn’t cause any trouble. She turned her gaze back to Garen, “Yes… What do you suppose that is?”

Darius looked around the bar conspicuously looking for a potential source to the orc’s words as he sat back down. The only magic Darius knew was a way to get people to listen and agree with him, and that didn’t always work. Most magic bothered him, He was a man of words, and if they failed him he could use his septims, or his sword.

“Like a concealment charm?” Darius asked putting his hand over his bag of gold. “A pickpocket maybe? or, or worse?”

He looked to the Guardsmen, who were getting rather drunk. They wouldn’t me much help if something happened. Darius called the barmaid over and ordered some bread, cheese, and ale. “You guys want anything?” he asked. then as the barmaid left into the kitchen he drew his longsword and placed it across his lap.

The Khajiit, was visibly disturbed by the orc’s words and Darius’ actions. He began to look around as well, but less obvious as Darius. He then muttered something under his breath.

The smell got stronger Garen got up he felt the tingle he feared and suddenly he coldent breath properly. He stood up but coincidentally knocked down a chair that hit the Kahjiit. The Kahjiit turned looking panicky and shot a fireball knocking Garen over and stood up and ran for the door hes magical shield glittering as he ran.

Garen took out his hammer and threw it at the running back it went threw the magical shield and hit the kahjiit in the head. The cat fell over with a groan. The shield faltered and then dissepeared. Garen stood up shakily and went over to the kahjiit. “Hes breathing…” Said Garen relived
