“Ya think? She’s Tess! If she”s not out in the line of fire, kicking ass and taking names, bringing down the empire like the leader she is, she’s not happy. When it’s someone who apparently LOVEs her keeping her from doing that, she’s furious. You’ll have to stand up to her yourself, bro.” Kato replied. “Good luck, don’t die.” He turned back to Sima. “Let’s go.” He led her towards the exit.

Kato arranged it so to any guards that might cross their path, it would appear that Sima had Kato as her prisoner, leading him with his hands behind his back. “It would be best not to say a word to Tess. At all. Even if it seems like she’s fine with you being there, say nothing to her.”

Kato chuckled. “It’s okay, Sim. You don’t need to apologize.” When they got outside, Kato made a break for the ship. As they approached it, he turned to Sima. “Stay here for a second. I’m going to go talk to Tess. I’ll let you know when you can come in.” He smiled and walked inside.”Tess? It’s Kato.”

Tess ran up to him. “Kato! You’re alright?” He nodded and she hugged him. “Why didn’t you check in? I was worried! Kane hasn’t said a word, either.”

“Kane’s fine…” Kato replied, distractedly. “But, Tess? I brought someone back… And-”

Tess’s eyes widened. “You what? Kato! Do you realize how dangerous that is?” She went for the door.

“Wait! Tess, I realize but-” He was cut off when Tess spotted Sima and glared, pulling out a gun. “Sima. I should shoot you here! See, Kato? Bringing back whoever you brought led her here too.”

Kato grabbed Tess’s arm. “Tess she’s on our side!”

“She tried to KILL ME! How is she on our side?!” Tess yelled. Kato ripped the gun from her hands.

Tess pulled Kato aside, thinking she was out of Sima’s earshot. “Kato, how would you even THINK to trust her? Has it even penetrated,” She hit the side of his head. “Your thick skull that she could be lying to you?”

“She’s not. I know it.” Kato replied, confidently.

“Oh grow up, Kato! You’re not a kid anymore, and neither is she. She’s sabotaging us, Kato! And you just trust her blindly!” Tess shook her head. “She can’t come with us. I don’t trust her, and neither should you. You’re blind by your own personal feelings, and it’s going to jeopardize out lives because you’re too stupid to think like an adult.” She crossed her arms. “Seriously, Kato! She’s tried to kill you on multiple occasions!”

“Tess, stop it. Just stop. I know what I’m doing! If you don’t trust her, alright, but at least trust me.” Kato replied. “I’m not stupid, and I know that this could be a trap. But you have to look at it from my perspective. I won’t let her do anything dangerous. I’d give my life before I let anyone endanger you and Kane. But trust me on this, Tess. Just this once.”

Tess huffed and stormed back towards the control room.

Tess exploded verbally. “DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED! Sima might try to take it out. Ha! Tell that to Kato! Everything is NOT alright! And he won’t listen to me, the dumb whore! Jesus Christ, inviting her back with us just because of childish memories from when he was a kid. He’s so stupid!”

“No promises…” Tess mumbled. She shuffled back to Kato. “Kane wants to talk to you.” She said grudgingly.

Kato pulled out his own comm. “Now, before you yell ceaselessly at me, she was crying Kane! For me! Because she’s my best friend! She didn’t murder me even though I was cornered and unarmed, and she hasn’t done anything threatening yet.”

Kato sighed and turned to Sima. “Sim?” He asked, softly. “Kane would like to speak with you.”

Kane paused for a second. He had NO idea why he was about to say this. “First off, i want to apologize for drugging you earlier. It was not my perfered course of action, but one which needed to be taked to protect Tess.” ‘ I wonder what it will take for Tess calm down after this?’ he pondered before continuing. “Seconod, I don’t trust you, but Kato does. I swear, if you do ANYTHING to my ship while you’re onboard, I will hunt you down. enjoy your stay.”

OOC: Kato, Sima, and Tess are on the ship. Kane is currently sitting in the emperor’s second chamber.

OOC: Also you’re the last empire person left. Sima switched sides.

Kane put away the comm. “They seemed otherwise occupied.” He turned toward the one person he had hoped to avoid. “What did you do to Revan?”

Sima gave the comm back to Kato. “He doesn’t *dislike* me.” she shrugged.

“Good to know…” she faked a smile back. “So what are we doing back here?”

“Just like always?” Sima laughed “We may have been friends, but you never wanted to work with me on anything in school.”

He stood up, hands in his pockets, preparing his injection. If he had to fight Julia, he wanted to make sure it was without her flames. “”They told me he was dead, I’m merely assumed it was you. So tell me, how does it feel to have killed th amn you loved?”

“Just one quick thing.” He stabbed the needle into his neck and injected himself with the fluid.

OOC: Bumpin’ it up!

“If you insist.” Kane pulls out his own blades, assumes a defensive stance, then kicks open the door and bolts into the final chamber.

OOC: Bu-dump-bump

Kato shrugged. “He never tells me anything. I think he went after Julia….” He sighed, letting himself fall back into the pilot’s seat. “I’m not usually in on all the plans.”

Julia vaulted over a few tables she would catch up to Kane soon enough. She turned a corner and force just for a second the Empror was in front of them now and two turrets started tracking Kane.

OOC: Really sorry, guys. I’ve had a TON of school stuff going on.

Kane sprinted into the room, moving his head just in time to feel a slight prick on his ear. He paused for a second, taking in his new surroundings. Unfortunately, those surroundings included a pair of turrets which where bringing their barrels to bear on him. He dove behind a column catching a gimps of Julia entering.

“Well, I’m in mortal danger of getting my head blown off, have some crazed female trying to skewer me, and i’m close to killing the most important thing in the empire. So same as always. You?”

“no, you’re not. I can handle this. You, on the other hand, need to stay safe so in the extremely unlikely event that I fail, You can organize something else.” He pulled the GPS out of his comm, chucking a grenade toward some expense looking equipment as be slipped behind another column.

“Who says I’m on my own?”
