OOC: And… not it. I just honestly don’t know how to pick up from where we left off.

Taylor leaned against the wall, resting his injured leg. “It’ll all be okay… It’s always okay.” He smiled. “It might just be that I’m totally drugged out, but I think this’ll all be fine. Canada will recover, I’ll recover, everybody will recover, and this’ll just be some other crazy incident to tell our children some day.’

“That’s what makes us so awesome, guys!” Taylor spun a bit on his good leg and nearly fell, catching himself on his crutch.

“Put a bunch of crazy people together, and crazy things are bound to happen.” Lorelai said. Teddy, who was next to her, just laughed. She put her hand to her face. Her cuts weren’t infected, but they were beginning to scab over pretty quickly. “These are going to be on my face forever, aren’t they?”

OOC: I almost forgot Teddy was a part of this. ALMOST. Then I remembered… Milo really needs to show up sometime. And they need to have a conversation. Because it will be epic.

Thompson shrugged and stared at Taylor
“I don’t mean to be overly rude, but, recover? I lost an eye. An eye! You get two of those , and that’s it. You, however , will be able to shrug off that wound in a month or two. So, don’t try to make me feel better by saying I will ‘Recover’. Thank you”

Lorelai smiled. “Thanks, Taylor. I’ll keep that in mind. This is better than dead any day.” She took her hands away from her face.

Teddy looked over at her. “I don’t know. I think it’s kind of cool. You can tell your kids you got attacked by a bear and won or something. They’ll think you’re a superhero.”

“Oh yeah, because I totally look capable of taking a bear.” Lorelai smirked.

Luna cleared her throat, feeling awkward, “Well… I’ve had two near death experiences now… I feel like I should have some sort of super power at this point.”

“Not extreme in the injury itself.” His eyes darkened. “I can’t box anymore. I have to give up one of my passions. Not to mention I’m being fined a shit-ton of money…”

“Are we like… gonna be a pirates now. Get Canada an eye patch. Get Sunshine a peg leg. Get America some more rum…” Ryc laughed.

Taylor laughed a bit at Ryc’s joke, smiling, until Thompson spoke. His fists clenched. “Then maybe you should just leave. If Canada is just oh so great, why are you even still here?”

“You okay, America?” Lorelai asked.

“Fine…I guess I’m just off my happy pills… I guess you can try to disregard most of what I say while I’m in this condition…” He whimpered.

Lorelai only nodded, knowing not to ask further questions. “Well, we’re all good. We’re all okay. Honestly, if you put it into perspective, we probably wouldn’t even be having this conversation if we weren’t lucky. The moral of the story? Don’t worry. Be happy.” She said to the group, giving a small smile.

“That’s what I was trying to say. Now I just want to go back to camp. I’ll pay for a taxi.” Taylor replied.

OOC: Thank you.

Teddy replied almost immediatly “Dude, you don’t have to do anything. I didn’t even get injured, so I feel I should contribute in some way.” Teddy took his wallet out of his back pocket and pulled out a some bills, counting. “I think this should be enough. And don’t even think about saying that I don’t have to pay. Because I’m going to. And you’re going to appreciate it.”

“Doc says I’ll be out in…About a day or two. So, you guys can go and than I can meet up with you.” He mumbled. OOC: Sorry for the late reply…

“Or that. Sounds good. I’ll need to pick up an eye patch at Walmart or something, though.” He said, trying to get out of his hospital bed.

“Being an optimist is not always my strong suit, but…I guess if everyone is already stressed enough, I’ll try it.” He whispered, with a brief failed attempt at winking his eye.
“And why do you think I would want an eye patch instead of these bandages. Pirate-hood, M’dear.” He said with a chuckle.

“Maybe I can get a surgery in which they put a magic 8 ball in place for my eye. That would at least be entertaining.” He said, finally stepping out from his bed.

“But I guess I’d have to headbang first. You’re supposed to shake them around, right?” He asked, sighing briefly afterwards.
“So, are we going back to camp or what?”
OOC: Also, I’m afraid I must go. Goodnight everybody!

“I like to think that they’ll have some sympathy for us, considering what could’ve happened. But I’d say a pretty fair bit. At least we weren’t drinking. Then we would get sent home. Forever. Although…” She glanced over at Amy. “Hopefully they won’t notice the fact that you smell like a bar, America.”

Teddy cringed slightly at the fact that they were most definitly going to get in trouble. He and trouble. They didn’t mix.

“They probably do. But aren’t they dangerous? What am I saying, you probably don’t care.” Lorelai said. “But please find a way to smell normal again. Or at least halfway normal.” She smirked.
