Name: Sebastian Ellede
Description: Short for his age but very agile, he has short, spiky brown hair and one brown eye and one blue eye

District: 3 (electronics)
Bio: Sebastian was raised surrounded by elaborate plans for machinery, ideas his parents were sure could help improve life throughout Panem. However, being somewhat of the lower class in 3, their ideas were mostly ignored. His older brother Nigel had been picked for the reaping a few years back, but his other brother Azel had volunteered to take his place and had been killed. Sebastian is very eccentric, and has a bit of trouble focusing on the topic at hand, but when he is focused he pays extreme attention. He always wears her brother Azel’s goggles as a reminder of him, though these might not be approved as a district token in the arena. If this happened, Sebastian would go into quite a rage.
Skills: Sebastian is extremely good at making elaborate plans, and is a good judge of what people will instinctively do. He is quite good with electricity, but he has never had proper fighting training. |

Name: Lily Lind

Description: Tan skin, tall, has dark brown eyes. dark hair and is as thin as a twig.
District: 11
Bio: Lily has always lived with plenty of food around her but almost never enough to eat. She is the daughter of the mayor, but being that isnt much due to her never knowing how to do anything, or so everyone thinks. She wants nothing more than freedom enderneath it all. She has never had anyone in her faimly be a tribute and almost everyone thinks she will die. But she has many tricks that no one knows about. Had training with swoard and still worked in fields free willingly. Her father messed up at his job a few years back so she is thinking this as his punishment, seeing his only daughter die.
Skills: Can talk anyone into almost anything by batting her eyes. Knows how to work a sword and can talk to mockingjays. She knows how to talk to people to get them to like you and shes also very good at stabing people in the back due to years of seeing it happening.

Name: Electra Firmitas
Description: Long red hair in a ponytail. Blue eyes, pale skin. Tall (6’2″) and sickly-thin.
Age: 16
District: 5 (energy)
Bio: She has studied energy and mechanics like the rest of her district. Very knowledgeable and clever she lives with her two parents and no siblings. Electra has lived a consistent middle class life with really no major problems. Shes not attached to anyone in her district as they all live some what reserved and quiet lives. Although she loves her parents very much and is sad that they have to see her die, she also has a soft spot for younger children and volunteers as a teacher often. She avoids trouble and tends to intimate people with her height and neutral expression. Terrified as hell to be going to the games, but she will stick by the ‘don’t be an idiot’ motto they’ve always had.
Skills: Can climb well do to climbing up electricity poles to hang wire. As her district isn’t very outgoing she has learned to be quiet and hold a passive expression. Can sneak up on the best of them. Extraordinarily clever and good hearing. However she has limited physical strength and no fighting ability, she most likely wouldn’t be able to hold her own in hand-to-hand combat. She can intimidate people by giving them a stern look an tower over them. This throws them off her weakness. OOC: Since there isn’t much on district five I created my own little version of it through FoxFace’s personality and the limited facts. |

Name: Kaz Ezro
Description: Fairly tall with white hair (after an unfortunate experience with a dying vat.) She has brown-green eyes and usually wears simple clothes, never being one for fashion. Her attitude is very cynical and rough, and when you look deep into her heart she’s still just a cynical and rough person.

Bio:Kaz’s family wasn’t the richest, but they rarely went for a time without food. It didn’t hurt that her best (and only) friend, Shelebourne, lived on the rich side of town and didn’t mind donating once and a while. Her parents, like so many others, had been caught up with the glamor of the Capitol and loved everything President Snow did. This included the Games. Kaz was brought up in their mindset, but eventually was able to think for herself. Her opinions differed completely from her parents, though she never told them. That probably would have caused immediate disowning.
Skills:Kaz is quite good with knives, since they are a key to tanning and cutting much of the leather that gets shipped to the textile districts. She’s also not bad at coming up with plans on the spot, which comes from having to escape many sticky situations with Shelebourne, most concerning them being in places they’re not meant to be. OOC: I know you were in the other Hunger Games rp, and I’m sorry that I let that one die. This one is much better planned than mine. |

Description: Very tall and thinly muscular, with shortish, messy brown hair and bright hazel eyes. He has a strong jawline and a bright smile. His hair only gets combed once a year, at the reaping.

Bio: The son of a lumberjack and a housewife, he grew up with just enough. His father loved to talk about how, in the future, they’d all be free, and no child would ever be chosen. When he was 14, his older sister was chosen as tribute, but slaughtered saving the other district seven tribute, who didn’t last much longer. He vowed after that never to lose hope, his will, and his rebellious spirit. One and a half years ago, his father was killed in a logging ‘accident.’ Val knows why it happened, and he also knows how his father’s coworker, Bill Kaler died.

Description: Short, 5′ 3″,Slightly tanned skin, Black crew cut hair,Light stubble across his face, thin glasses, and a thin body, almost completely devoid of muscles.

Bio: Whatever the task, Isaac Hammel always wanted to be the best at it. He was determined to become the greatest tinkerer in all of district 3. He had been like this since the age of twelve, when his father went berserk and killed their neighbours in cold blood. The entire community shunned everyone with the surname Hammel. Since then, Isaac has set his goals on bringing honour back to his family. Little did he know, with the entire nation of Panem watching, the 61st Hunger Games may be his best chance at restoring the family name.
Skills: Mostly focuses on creating devices out of whatever he can scavenge. Whether that be a trap, weapon, or whatever else he can fabricate from items in the arena. |
Kyle | Username:Kyle Name: Mason Anders Description: He’s tan, with bright green eyes, and a small nose. His brown hair is spiked up, and dyed green at the tips. He is tall for his age, and average in stature. Age: 16 District: 8 Bio: Usually quiet, he keeps to himself and his thoughts. He makes sure to think things through before acting them out. He trusts others willingly, but loses trust just as quickly. He lives with his father; his best friends Tammy and Victor; their little brother; and their mother (who is dating Mason’s father). They live in half of a warehouse that produces denim, which is also where they work. Skills: Wood carving, good with ropes and string. |

Description: Wren is a short, brown-eyed girl whose dark hair is almost always tied back in a practical ponytail. Her skin is fairly pale, despite living in District 9 and is quite lean.

Bio: District 9 wasn’t particularly rich nor was it particularly poor. There were some families that never went hungry and others that were always hungry. Wren belonged to a family that was in the in between. She belonged to a family that worked for everything they had, but always made the best of it. But in the past year, with her father falling ill, her family’s usual routine just wasn’t enough. Being the only child in their family of 5 eligible for signing up for Tesserae, Wren’s piled up quickly and by the time the Reaping came, Wren’s name would be in the bowl 10 extra times. Wren knew kids whose names were in there a great number of times more than hers, but it was still her name that their escort plucked out. She knows she won’t win, but she’s not going to give up without a fight.

Description: Very petite in every way, standing at 4’10″ and weighing around 95 pounds. She has long, brilliant red hair that nearly reaches the floor, and soft green eyes.

District: 1
Bio: Growing up in a well off family in district 1, her childhood should have been easy, but every waking moment was spent training for the Hunger Games. From the time she was two, she had training every day in the small house her father owned behind her families home. She always viewed being in the Hunger Games as a great honor, even if she never knew why. In the past year, however she has begun to doubt that the Hunger Games is really a good thing, and feels very conflicted about the prospect of killing real people. She also gets easily attached to people, both romantically and otherwise, and holds grudges like nobodies business.
Skills: She’s agile and quick, and despite her size, her training has allowed her to be wonderful in hand to hand combat. |

Description: Hazel eyes that seems to glow when she’s happy( she’s happy Very often), a tiny mouth that until the games smiled no matter what and short brown hair that barely touches her shoulders. Her shortness and young age makes people think she is a easy victim.

Bio: The youngest child in a middle class family, her four older brothers has always tried to protect her because they think she is vulnerable. Her mother died when giving birth to Zue and she has always blamed herself a little for that.
Skills: She is fast and determind to prove to everyone that she shouldent be judged by her size, this could be kind of hard, given that she never practist any fighting. She has watched her brothers fight a lot, wich might help. |
