 Jules | It’s move in day to your on campus house at the Von Randolph Institute of Science and Industry, a technical school stuck in the middle of Peoria, Illinois. As a part of the accelerated graduation program, you were selected to live with the other members of the program in a house on campus. For this semester and the semesters after, you’ll be living with these people in this house and attending classes at the school and working and whatever you choose during the year.  Alex | Name: Riley Callahan Age: 19 Hometown: Cleveland, Ohio Major: Archaeology Job (if applicable): Works at the library checking out DVDs and other AV equipment Family: Sister, Michelle (24) Brother, Kevin (29) mother, Doreen and father, Otis Appearance: tall and gangly with a thick mop of light brown hair that covers green eyes. He has large strong hands from playing the piano and the guitar and has callouses from digging around in search for artifacts. He’s usually wearing a hoodie and a clever t-shirt with a pair of jeans and Toms. Personality: He’s quiet, but not introverted. Funny, but not obnoxious. Kind, but not generous. He studies hard, but not too much. He can usually be found in his room or in the TV room. He’s smart, but he’s rarely the smartest person in the room. Brief personal history: Riley was born in Cleveland and grew up there, getting straight A’s in school until his junior year of high school when he got his first girlfriend. He was rarely spoiled, but never had to try too hard to get something. He drives a 1996 green Honda Civic that he’s named Trudy. Hobbies: plays the guitar and the piano. He likes to doodle and he’s obsessed with Bejeweled on his phone and Tetris on his iPod. Annoying habits(if any): Sings badly in the shower and smokes. |

| Jules | Name: Nancy Evans Age: 19 Major: Marine Science Job (if applicable): Not at the moment Family: George Evans, father, and Mary Evans, mother. Appearance: Short black hair that fall to her chin. Green eyes, and a slightly upturned nose. Tanned skin with a few freckles on her face and arms. She’s average height and has respectable curves. Normally wears shorts, red adias, and a T-shirt because they’re easy to work in. Personality: She tries her best to be kind, but there are times where she just doesn’t want to deal with it and ends up just saying what she wants to say/what needs to be said. Prefers to stay near water, and when tensions get high she almost always heads for a pool. Average sense of humor, not a stick in the mud, but very hard working and determined to do well in her future career. Brief personal history: Her father used to take her out on his boat into the bay area of Charleston/Mount Pleasant often, and so, from a young age, she’d loved the water. They’d sit for hours fishing and identifying the animals they caught, then tossing them back into the water. Her father worked as a teacher, as did her mother, and so they’d taught her to value education/hard work. She’d always done well in science classes, so when she told them about VRISI, her parents were all for it. Hobbies: Swimming, drawing (marine life only, though), reading. Annoying habits(if any): Tends to sing while cleaning/at ungodly hours. |
