“I’m not really sure,” Henry admitted. “Where am I supposed to unpack at?”

“Well, its better he finds his way you know? You wouldn’t want him wandering the school by himself would you?” Lizzie said, surprised at the suspicion in the teachers voice.

“Don’t worry Miss, we’ll find him a room and then we can introduce him to Professor X,” Smile Lizzie, “It’ll be no problem at all Ma’am.”

Henry waved as Sammy ran off. At least making friends here didn’t seem to be a problem. He was shown to his room, which was surprisingly well furnished. “So, do I have a roommate?”

“Well what do we do now?” Sammy asked Lizzie. All her friends were still in class, but theirs seemed to be broken up. She wondered if their teacher even cared. She’d have to tell her friends that wandering off was not frowned upon by the new teacher/

“That sounds stupid,”Sammy said before she could stop herself. “I mean, we’d have to do something good for it not to be.” She amended.

“Okay fine, what do you propose?” Sammy asked, snapping her fingers absentmindedly which made little sparks fly into the air around her.

Henry unpacked his stuff, seeing that the opposite side of the room was already taken. He guessed he would just meet his roomie later. In the mean time, with no one to lead him to wherever Professor X was – he had never been big on orientations, so he decided it could wait – Henry began to wander the halls.

Liam ambled back to his room, ready to plug into his laptop so he could play World of Warcraft before his next class. It was a guilty pleasure, and one of the reasons he was very glad he didn’t have a roommate. Liam had almost got back to his room, when he saw Henry walking towards him down the corridor. “H-hi.” He stuttered out. “A-a-are you l-lost?” Liam felt uncomfortable offering his assistance, but he knew that he’d hate to be left roaming the corridors on his first day.

“Oh, hi,” Henry said to the kid. “Uh, sort of just wandering. Sorry… I don’t think I got your name?” Sammy had pointed out some people earlier, but without a voice to associate to a name, she had just been introducing random warm bodies. Once again, Henry wished his vision allowed him to see more detail.

“Yeah, I did, it’s just down the hall,” Henry said, gesturing back towards the door. He shifted uncomfortably. It was apparent Liam was anxious, and Henry had a shy side too. He silently willed someone else to walk down the hall.

“Did you really just ask that?” Lizzie giggled, “You CREATE fire! That was sort of the point of my asking you…”

Elina scratched behind the ears of the wolf it howled in pleasure and laid its head on her lap. It gave a slight whine and turned hes face up to hers. “Oh no I wont go running right now. At least you don’t have to find your clothes afterwards every time we run!” Wolf looked up to her with a face that plainly spoke of not caring about such trivial things as clothes. She had never named him, wolves hated names that differentiated them from dogs after all, they were free not imprisoned by names as dogs were… Or that was at least thats what the wolves believed. She loved to run with him though sometimes she had run with other larger packs too, though she dident do that thing any more. She had matured in to a full grown female human and so had all her change forms. And wolves were much forward than the average human male on the subject of mating. She rose from the bed and looked out of her door the girl and the boy from the lessons were discussing fireworks. Having nothing better to do she walked over to them. “Hi…”

“Do we?” Sammy asked, “Well they seem to be busy being awkward, so I think we should leave them be.” Sammy pushed her long hair back over her shoulders and flashed them a winning smile. “Okay, we’ll leave you be.” and with that she started off towards the lab.

“Do you want to come then?” she asked, suddenly, spinning on her heel to look back at them.
